It has been owned by the Pitchfork family since the 1950s and now into the 3rd generation of the family the company still believes in producing the finest quality of boiled sweets to the finest traditions and recipes, made with the same process as when the company first began. Maxons Mixed Fruit Rock is a traditional mixed fruit flavoured chopped rock made to the oldest of traditions. The quality of the rock shows the artistry and craftsmanship of the sugar boilers at Maxons and their attention to detail and the care they take in producing the sweets.
